He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sulak and Mary Sulak (Grellhesl). He is survived by: his son Craig Sulak (Julie) of Cameron; his son-in-law Van Veenstra (Karyn) of Kingsland; his daughters, Cheryl Hirt (Don) of Huntsville, Pam Schlemmer (Kerry) of Rockdale and Kari Sulak (Johnny Arner) of Ft. Worth; and his brother Gene Sulak of Tokio, TX. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
