He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Moss and Josephine Moss; his son Robert "Scott" Moss; and his siblings, Bennie Moss of Alan Moss, E. J and Billie Mesecke.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, David Moss, William Parker (B. J.), Keith Parker (Shelly), Patrick Parker (Kristi) and Theresa Saenz (Ray Don); his adoptive daughter Judith Taylor (Rueben); and his siblings, Larry Moss, JoAnn Buster, Katherine Sue "Susie" Weatherley (Dick) and Betty Frahm. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
