He was predeceased by: his father Ray Osborne, Sr.; his brothers, David Lewis Eldridge and Daniel Lee Farmer; and his daughter Raycheal Francine Osborne. He is survived by: his mother Irene Peaks Osborne; his wife Donna Jean Osborne; his siblings, Donna Sue Steele (Terry), Pearl Eldridge White (Rocky), Penny Eldridge Wagg, Darrell Lee Osborne (Sheila) and Matthew Larkin Osborne; his stepdaughter Amanda Foust; his stepgranddaughter Abby Bailey; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Osborne Critcher (Andrew), Tera Miller (Brandon), Kera Steele, Joshua Steele (Elle) and Kevin Eldridge; and his close friends, Dan Stavinoll and Cody Nance. He is also survived by three great-nieces, five great-nephews.
