He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Amanda Hooper of Stringer, Mississippi; his father Norman Hooper of Rock Island; his siblings, Norma Sue Nance (Kenny) of Rock Island and Scott Hooper (Denise) of El Campo; his uncle Harold Waits (Paula) of Houston; his grandchildren, Maddisyn, Alexandria Welch and Zavier Cagle; his nephew Cody Nance; his mother Sue Hooper (Waits); his grandparents, Earl, Marguerite Waits (McShan), Dan Sr. and Bertha Hooper (Moss); and his brother Johnny Hooper.
