He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferreal Ray Anthony and Janie Oletta Anthony (Hood); his siblings, Ferreal Anthony and Julia May Abare; and his great grandchildren, Jacoby and Jacob.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Bernavides (Angel) of Lubbock and Janie Thomason (Nathan) of Slayton, Texas; his siblings, Gary Anthony of Lubbock, Texas and Moretta Blair (Roger) of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren, Rebecca Benavides, Destinee Benavides, Samantha Ariaz and Kevin Dorman; and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Dhevani and Leland.
