It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roxanne Deboard of Roby, Texas, born in Paintsville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Nichole Deboard of Roby, TX and Jesse Deboard (April) of Roby, TX.; her grandchildren, Jeyla Deboard of Texas City, TX, Zak Deboard of Texas City, TX, Lilly Deboard of Roby, Jesse Deboard Jr. of Roby, Scottie Sickles of Roby and Hark Jenkins of Roby; and her siblings, Ilene Davis, Rose Blanton, Judy Grim, Barbara Conley, Rhonda Cantrell, Judy Vanhoose, Karen Hamilton, Darrell McKenzie, Toby McKenzie, Charles McKenzie, Robert McKenzie and Ford McKenzie.
