He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Neighbors and Lillian Neighbors of Roby, TX.; and his sisters, Dorothy Starr, Claudine Reap and Betty Doan.
He is survived by: his wife Richie (Honey); his children, Shannon Morrow of Sweetwater, Randa Tucker (Tony) of Abilene and Ryan Slapak of Abilene; his grandchildren, Hannah Slapak, Zach Slapak, Tristan Morrow, Chaney Tucker, Bo Morrow, Carson Tucker and Ryder Slapak; his great grandchild Cooper Slapak; his brother Jerry Neighbors (Hettie) of San Antonio; his brother-in-law Rodney Reap of Sweetwater; and also, Zach Slapak, Tristan Morrow, Chaney Tucker, Bo Morrow and Carson Tucker.
The family requests that masks and social distancing be observed for the funeral service and burial.
Memorial donations may be made to the Roby Cemetery Association or the donor's favorite charity.
