He is survived by: his spouse Estefana Rodriguez; his children, Jesse Baldivia (Teresa) of Sweetwater, Lidia Solano (Paul) of Sweetwater and Minnie Herrera of Roscoe; and his siblings, Eloisa Quintanilla (Vito) of Hamlin and Ray Baldivia of Forth Worth. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
