He was predeceased by: his parents, David Isaac and Alpha West (McKay); his sister Evelyn Musgrave; his sister-in-law Thelma Kimbrell; and his son Ty Justin West.
He is survived by: his wife Tempie Bridges; his grandchildren, Kyler, Kadee and Sara; his sister Fern Arendell; his brother-in-law Travis Bridges (Kay Lynn); his nephews, Russ Arendell (Sally), Lucas Bridges (Ana) and Eli Bridges (Emily); his niece Geslia Monroe (Alan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan, Jesse, Micah Snider (Will), Julia, Sarah, Emma and Alexandria.
