She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Griffin and Elva Griffin; her husband John L. Lawlis; her son Craig; and her siblings, Dot Brown, Maxine Kluting, Alfred Griffin and Buford Griffin.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mitchell of Roby and Melissa (Kurtis) of Buffalo Gap; her great grandchildren, Damien, Jack and Khloe; and her sister Pat Pyron of Hamlin. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews; and close lasting friends.
