She is survived by: her parent Della Faye Lewis (Henry); her great grandchild Prissy; her sons, James Dale Putnam (Cindy) of Snyder, Mike Putnam of Roby and Bennie Putnam (Sabra) of Rotan; her grandchildren, Hailey Putnam, Jamie Tunnel (Jon), Wesley Putnam, Brad Putnam, Nikki Putnam, Rhanda Taylor (Brandon), Dee Putnam, Justin Dodson (Diana) and Jordan Putnam; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Heaven, Raiden, Keira, Jackson, Jaxon, Skyler, Wyatt and Noah.
