She is survived by: her husband Michael Chadwick; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Jennings, Caleb Brogdon, Audrey Olvera, Zayden Deveney, Autumn Anders and Gabriella Anders; and her brother Alan Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
