He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Plemons; his father-in-law Joe Ronnie Storrs; and his grandparents, James, Winifred Plemons, Hugh and Ruth Smith.

He is survived by: his father Jimmy Plemons; his wife Terra; his children, Kyndel Witt (Tanner) of Lorena and Kamryn Plemons (Zak Richards) of Robinson; his siblings, Randy Plemons (Mary) and Brenda Wilson of Moody; his grandchildren, Brooks and Baker Witt; his mother-in-law Georgia Storrs; his sister-in-law Laura Libhart; his aunt Phyllis Blackwood (Larry) of Elm Mott; his uncle Donald Plemons (Donna) of Round Rock; his nephew Roman Plemons; and his niece Elysia Plemons of North Texas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
