She is survived by: her husband Dean Powell; her children, Kimberly Bartels and Kyle Bartels; her daughter-in-law Misty Bartels; her grandson Seth Bartels; her siblings, Pam Owens (Tim) and Jim Cooksey (Pat); and her stepson Ricky Powell (Kathy). She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews; 12 great nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that memorials be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Joyce's honor.
