He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Frank and Elizabeth Frank; and his aunts and uncles, Wallace Brooks, David Brooks, Cecil Brooks, Patti Campbell and Ann Merrill.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Frank; his stepson Will Dryer; his grandchildren, Stormy Brooke Murphy and Gavin Lockland Dryer; and his cousins, Barbara Ann Burks, Kyle Burks, Deanna, Jerry Hooper, Rocklan, Lynnley Drain, Doris, Louis Lindsay and Collin Brooks.
Flowers and plants are accepted, as well as donations to The American Cancer Society in Joe's name.
