It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Wayne Ritchey (Robinson, Texas), who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though John Wayne may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Ritchey and Lottie Lucille Ritchey; and his brother David E. Ritchey. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Renee Ritchey; his son Shawn Casey Ritchey (Sonja); and his granddaughters, Arwen F. Ritchey and Johanna J. Ritchey.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waco Memorial Funeral Home (6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Waco Memorial Funeral Home, Cemetery (6623 I-35, Waco, TX 76706).
