He was predeceased by: his parents, Amann Randolph and Louise Randolph; and his wife Helen Strauch. He is survived by: his foster children, Henry, Helen and Daddy; his children, Steve Randolph, Lori Culver (Perry), Mark Randolph, Joel Randolph, Connie Coyle (Steve), Shelly Randolph, Rubin Randolph and Dameon Randolph; his grandchildren, Kyle, Jaclyn, Paige, Seth, Tyler, Benjamin, Andrew, Bethany, Michael, Matthew, Ashley, Aaron, Julie Anne, Corey, Christopher, Justin, Ryan, Clint, Cody, Braydyn and Traelin; and his siblings, Anna Beth Hellmers, Dottie Fahrenbacher, Maryann Fikes and David Randolph.
