He was predeceased by: his parents, Cesar Sr. Parra and Rosa Parra; and his brother Robert Parra. He is survived by: his son Justin Parra (Tara); his grandchildren, Olivia, Rowan and Vaughn of Jonestown, Texas; his daughter Alison Abrigo (Ben); his grandchild Mackenzie of Harlingen, Texas; his brothers, Cesar Jr. (Josie), Raymond (Irene) and Israel (Yoli); and his former wife Julie Morrow. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
