He is survived by: his wife Teresa Guillen; his daughters, Annie Nora Ortiz (Raul) and Nelda Guillen-Santiago (Frankie, Sr.); his grandchildren, Josiah Ortiz, Crystian Ortiz, Crystianna Ortiz, Frances Santiago, Bianca Cruz, Valerie Santiago, Frankie Santiago Jr., Oliver Alfonso Santiago and Olivienne Santiago; and his siblings, Diana Guillen, Lydia Guillen, Enrique Hernandez, Marcos Huerta and Martin Castillo. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
