He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Prentice and Beverly Jean Prentice; his wife Tina; his brother Tommy Prentice; his sons, Brad and Jayson Prentice; and his grandson Jayson Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Prentice, Tonya Prentice (Ronnie) and Bryan Prentice; and his sisters, Mary Coates (Dan) and Mitzi Baker. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends.
