She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Finlay and Donna Finlay (Pyburn); her husband Ricky Sanford; and her brother Harvey Scott Finlay. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristian Wanner (Randy) of Midland, Amanda Cherry (Trey) of Midland and Courtney Tarango (Benny) of Midland; her grandsons, Ryan Wanner, Robert Wanner and Gunner Cherry; her pets, Penny and Bruno; and her close friends, Bennie and Jackie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harper Funeral Home (2606 Southland Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Leaday Cemetery N.
