It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick Edward Williams of Robert Lee, Texas, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandson Joshua Nathan Hess; his sister Shirley Holiman; and his half-brother Gerald Williams. He is survived by: his significant other Mary Williams; his children, Larry Edward Williams (Robin) and Carla Jo Walton (Jerry); and his granddaughter Wendy Banister (Quinn). He is also survived by six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, in honor of Fred, the family requests that donations be made to the Robert Lee Food Pantry where Fred and Mary volunteered their services for decades.
