With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Rhae Millican of Robert Lee, Texas, who passed away on March 29, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Long and Tina Long; her husband Wilbern Millican; her brother Harley Harold Long; and her granddaughter Lauren Millican.
She is survived by: her sons, Teddy Millican of Robert Lee, Walden Millican (Judy) of Robert Lee, Wibby Millican (Kelly) of Robert Lee, Terry Millican (Ann) of Seminole and Pammy Millican (Jill) of Dimmitt; and her grandchildren, Tracy Williams (Brad), Erin Inman (Ben), Whitney Bailey (Seth), Ashlee Sisson (Kerry), Kyla Tully (Riley), Lance Millican (Kelsy), Blake Millican (Katie), Allison, Ryan Cunningham, Cheyanne Millican, Carson Millican, Lanam, Harlie and Ritzy Millican.
