He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Shirley Killough Vest; his grandchild Boston Terriers; his wife Kim Notgrass Swinney; his son Jordan Swinney (Andrea); and his sisters, Andrea Hernandez (Danny) and Anita McKee (Curt). He was also cherished by brother, much loved nephews and nieces, a great-nephew and a great-niece.
In consideration of the COVID-19 situation, the family requests that social distancing and grouping guidelines be observed.
