He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Edward and Beaulah Mae Webb (Fuller); his wife Patricia Lynn Webb of Roanoke; his children, Brenda Palmer (Charles) of Krum, Sheila Anderson of Haslet, Lesley Gravley (Cecil) of Duncanville and Daniel Anderson of Hartfield, IN; and his siblings, Donna Bruedigam of Argyle and Bobby Webb (Samantha) of Ponder. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren.
