He is survived by: his wife Laura Ann Hadley; his children, Selana Hastey Purvis (James) of Granbury, Texas, Dalton Ray Hastey, Jr. of Phoenix and Brian Keith Hastey of Roanoke, Texas; his grandchildren, Stephanie Purvis of Granbury, Wes Purvis (Kaci) of San Antonio and Samantha Hastey of Phoenix, Arizona; and his great grandchildren, Maddie, Abby, Lilly and Laken. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
