She is survived by: her parents, Wes Charles and Deanna Charles; her husband Richard Nicholas; her children, Trevor (Molly Talkington) and Mary Elizabeth Nicholas; and her siblings, Wessie Charles and Dawn Marie McGahran. She is also survived by her extended family, friends, colleagues, many bonus children.
