He is survived by: his wife Maria Olvera Lerma; his sons, Ramiro Lerma Jr., John David Lerma (Priscilla) and Orlando Lerma (Patricia); his siblings, Eliza Lerma Baker (Dennis) and Rogelio Lerma (Melinda); his grandchildren, Deyanira Alicia Lerma, Karilaya Natalia Lerma, Alejandra Nicole Lerma, Roberto Jordan Lerma, Joel Lerma and Mateo Lerma; and his nieces and nephews, Hermelinda "Mindy" Garcia, Kierstin Vela, Annie Delgado, Clarissa Alegria, Nathan Baker, Matthew Baker, Jason Alegria and Brent Lerma.
