He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Sr. Montalvo and Teresa Trevino Montalvo; and his siblings, Victoria Phillips, Corina Garcia and Pedro Montalvo, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Maria Rumalda Montalvo; his sons, Faustino, Jr. Montalvo (Kelly Moreno) and LeRoy Montalvo (Anabel); his brother Arnulfo Montalvo (Maria); and his grandchildren, Eric Montalvo, Faustino "Tres" Montalvo, III, Pedro Montalvo, LeRoy Montalvo, Jr. and Azalea Lerea Montalvo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
