He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Moser and Karen Moser; and his nephew Jerrit Hiatt. He is survived by: his wife Tina Moser; his children, Cody Hamilton (Mallory), Tommy Stevenson (Christina), Andrew Blair (Shylynn), Amanda Miller (Mark), Haley Hoffmeyer and Megan Moser; and his siblings, Brian Moser (Jody), Kathy Hiatt (Joe Bauer) and Connie Zipse (Scott).
