He was predeceased by: his wife Annette; and his son Michael. He is survived by: his daughters, Dellen Shifflett of San Antonio and Valerie Poole (Wallace Poole) of Conway; his granddaughters, Erin Conner (Craig Conner) of Conway and Lauren Johnson (Justin Johnson) of Cookville; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Corey, Scotty, Bailey Conner of Conway and Tierney Johnson of Cookville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
