He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Evelyn and Kenneth Trotter; his uncle Walter Nettles; and his aunts, Pam Key and Donna Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his mother Sheila Rowell; his stepchildren, Allenna McPherson, Tiffany Clark and David Lyons (Lindsey); his siblings, Alicia White (Eric) and Jerry Nettles; and his aunts, Carol Nettles and Debbie Nettles. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
In lieu of flowers, Troy requested that donations be made to Allenna McPherson at 1905 Yale St. Fort Worth, TX 76114.
