She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Enloe and Jane Enloe; her close friend Diane; her husband Paul Higgins; her daughter Hannah Starbuck (Tim); and her brothers, John Enloe (Darlene) and Dave Enloe (Leslie).
