He was predeceased by: his parents, Daley C. Woodall Sr. and Evelyn Woodall-Pugh (Linda Gail Woodall); his son Charles Rosenthal; and his granddaughter Felicia Renee Woodall. He is survived by: his sister Alice Hightower; his daughters, Johnanna (Jerry Newberry) of Millsap and Dala (Anthony Arsenault) of Weatherford; and his grandchildren, Christopher Rosenthal, Mariah Baker, Jerrad Glenn, Mike Stephens, Clay Stephens, Justin Sellers, Jessica Knisley, Oivia Magee, Charles Arsenault, Calliope Arsenault, Destinee Robinson, Alexis Woodall and Daley C Woodall IV (TJ).
