He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillispie Monroe and Violet Walker (McCoy); his brother Joe Ray Walker; and his brother-in-law Jerry Davis. He is survived by: his sister Lou Jane Davis of Rising Star, Texas.; his nephews, Jerry, Randy and James Walker; his niece Sharla Qualls of Newcastle, Texas.; and his great-nephews, Caleb, Jonah and Luke Qualls of Graham, Texas..
