He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Elton Billings and Lenora Catherine Billings (Cardiff). He was also cherished by caretaker for 8 years, best friend, and brother-in-spirit, Duaine Goulding as well as his extended family and a host of friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery (405 Watters St, Cleburne, TX 76031).
