He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin T. Moulder and Nannie Mae Moulder (Isenberg); and his sister Emma Jean Rash. He is survived by: his wife Gerry; his children, Michael Moulder (Emma) and Shari Miller (Dean); and his siblings, Barbara Nicklas (Derell) and James Moulder (Lori). He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
