It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Williams (Rio Vista, Texas), who passed away on July 31, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Elbert Williams; her sons, Ronald Williams and Donald Williams; her siblings, Clayton Kelly, Richard Kelly, Amily Sullivan, Nora Boering, Kathleen Simpson and Charlene Kelly; and her grandchildren, April Williams and Carrie Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Earl Williams (Glenda), Velma Williams and Annette Williams; her grandchildren, Donnie Williams, Jason Williams, Wife Melissa, Earl Williams Jr., Dorothy Birman, Husband Tim and David Reynolds; her sister Janice Miracle; and also Husband Ernie.
