She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Matthews and Jewell Glover Matthews; her husband James Wesley "J. W."; her son Weldon Joe Harwell; and her siblings, Billy Joe Matthews and Mildred McDaniel.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jean Sims (Jacky); her daughter-in-law Jean Harwell; her grandchildren, Scotty Gene Sims (Julie), Cody Harwell and Carrie Harwell; and her great grandchildren, Lacey, Grayson, Addyson and Jackson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
