We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 86, Wayne Ray Shipp Sr. of Rio Medina, Texas, born in Dallas, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Lee Shipp and Pauline Kemp Shipp (Clevenger); his stepfather James C. Clevenger; his wife Nell; his daughter Sherry Penry; and his siblings, Vita Alimian and Jerry Shipp.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Shipp, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Karen of Rio Medina; his daughter Karen Middlebrooks; his son-in-law David of High Rolls; and his sisters, Vicki Meyers of Carrollton and Wanda Soden. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Wayne's memory to the "International fellowship of Christians and Jews".
