She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Hitzfelder, Sr. and Adella Kauffmann Hitzfelder; her husbands, Jack Fitzpatrick and Roy A. Bendele; her son Thomas Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Mat Hitzfelder, Alex Hitzfelder, Jr., Marie Hitzfelder and Myrtle Jungman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacque; her son-in-law Tom Page of Rio Medina; her grandchildren, Michael Wood (Christine), Sandra Kadlecek (David), Nathan Fitzpatrick (Tiffany), Jana Urbanczyk (Kevin) and Dr. Kara Whittington (Jacob); and her sister Darlene Whetstone (Charlie). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
