He is survived by: his wife Idalia Ochoa Flores; his children, Reyes Flores III and Victor Flores (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Flores, Alessandra Flores and Emma Victoria Flores; and his siblings, Antonia Rodriguez (Merced), Juan Flores, Reymundo Flores, Reynaldo Flores, Adela Velasquez (Mike) and Ramiro Flores. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
