She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Zapata Partida and Graciana Ramirez Cortes; her husband Gregorio Rosas Cortez; her son Gabriel Cortez; and her son-in-law Reynaldo Lopez.
She is survived by: her children, Esther Lopez, Roberto Reyes (Judy), Arturo Zapata (Marilyn Ann), Esperanza Cortez Want (Bob), Miguel Cortez, Marina Cortez, Carlos Cortez (Rita) and Lydia Cortez Lopez (Raul Ramirez). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
