"Jim" Givens; her children, James Andrew "Andy" Givens (Jody) of Lisbon, IA and Rhonda Givens Nerison of Plano, TX; her grandchildren, Alison, Brock, Brett Givens, Zack Averitt, Bryan Nerison and Cody Donahue; and her sisters, Nancy Rodish of Beardstown, Claudia Pilger (Steve Hegstrom) of Madison, WI and Jo Swingle (Dan) of Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
