He was predeceased by: his father Amadeo Ortega. He is survived by: his wife Esmeralda G. Ortega; his sons, Agapito Ortega Jr. (Gina) and Adam Ortega; his mother Emilia V. Ortega; his siblings, Rene Ortega, Abel Ortega and Vanessa Ortega Salinas (Johnny); and his grandchildren, Gabby and Agapito Ortega III. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

All individuals attending services are encouraged to socially distance and wear face covers or masks.
