He is survived by: his siblings, Esequiel Rios Jr., Guadalupe Rios, Elizabeth Atkinson, Genoveva Cortez and Anna Wilt.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Of God Church (500 Harrolds St, Rio Hondo, TX 78583).
