Rosa E. Beltran Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosa E. Beltran of Rio Grande City, Texas, who passed away on April 12, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Lopez and Genoveva Garcia Lopez; and her husband Ernesto Beltran. She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Beltran and Fidencio Beltran; and her siblings, Jesus Lopez, Maria Lopez, Humberto Lopez, Iliana Beltran, Rolando Lopez and Javier Lopez. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
