With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rene Garza (Rio Grande City, Texas), who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 57. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rene Garza to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tiburcio Ramon and Socorro Cantu; and his sister Margarita Garza. He is survived by: his wife Elena Villarreal Garza; his daughter Alba Nydia Garza (Jose David Saenz); his siblings, Olga Rodriguez (Guadalupe), Rosa Guerrero (Roque), Odilia Pena (Jorge), Gregoria Trevino (Candido), Tomasa Elizondo (Sergio), Rolando Garza (San Juanita), Socorro Garza (Israel Cantu), Alejo Garza and Cresencio; and his grandchildren, Jose David Saenz II, Kayla Lyana Saenz and Dayla Cecilia Saenz. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
