He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lorenzo Garcia, Leonel Garcia, Antonia Garcia Carrion, Rodolfo Trevino, Rene Trevino, Paula Trevino Garcia and Romeo Trevino, Sr.; and his wife Maria Elena Gomez Trevino.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rafaela Trevino Guerra and Margarita Trevino Garza; and his children, Yvonne Quintanilla (Mike), Yvette Trevino, Stefan Trevino and Luis Trevino (Rosa). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM at the Sanchez Funeral Home (301 E 2nd St, Rio Grande City, TX 78582). A rosary was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (101 E Canales Bros St, Rio Grande City, TX 78582). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. John Cemetery (109 N Farm to Market 3176, Rio Grande City, TX 78582).
