With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Pablo Marquez of Rio Grande City, Texas, who passed away on September 18, 2023 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cruz Marquez and Ventura Marquez; his wife Maria Francisca Marquez; and his son Pedro Marquez (Higinia). He is survived by: his children, Cruz Marquez (Elida), Guadalupe Marquez (Criselda), Pablo Marquez Jr. (Alma), Elsa Marquez (Robert), Maricela Marquez and Norma Marquez (Mario). He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
